Bahman Qobadi's latest film, Marooned
in Iraq, is a follow-up to his hugely successful 2000 debut A
Time for Drunken Horses , was awarded the 38th Chicago International
Film Festival's Gold Plaque as well as several other international
awards. His previous film, Time
for Druken Horses, launched him on the international stage.
