I would like to nominate my parents Dara and Maryam Rahnema as Iranians of the day, who on August 22 celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary! They have overcome  many difficulties in life, and still maintain that puppy-love for each other. It's pretty amazing! They are wonderful as a couple and as parents to me and my sister. And they never forget to laugh (which is what I think is their secret).
