Q: Hello sir, Would you please state your name for everyone....

Q: Haha, had to get that out of the way. Onto the interview, You run Sedmil (formally called Anubis Imagery). What is the idea behind the site and How did you come up with the idea?
Well the idea for the site is simple. There are a lot of up and coming artists popping up on the web. Whether they are graphic designers, painters, photographers and so on. They are really interested in learning and want to know how to get into a studio. They don't know if tutorials all over the web and in books are really worth it. Are they headed in the right direction?
That is where sedative milieu (sedmil) comes in. I throughout the years have met some amazingly talented artists and have had the opportunity to work with a lot of them. Building on my relationships with these artists I thought of utilizing them to help the community. I took the premise of sites like deviantart and customize.org and extended on them. Artists submit artwork covering various mediums. They don't need to be purely digital. Our judges and guest judges will critique the work and then the best work will be showcased on a monthly basis. Every month there be a "Featured Artist". There will also be a section of the site for work that wasn't showcased so that artists can still see what the judges thought >>> See
