Actor Iran Malfitano was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on 5th October 1981. He grew up believing that real women love affectionate men, and this philosophy ensured he would have all the attention he wanted. His father wanted the young Iran to have a career in the medical profession, but Iran followed the artistic vein of his dancer mother. Up to the age of 16 he took an acting course in TV, and in the last lesson of the course, the director of the Workshop of Actors of the Globe, Tônio Oak, was there and he was taken with Iran's skills. He made the invitation for Iran to test to enter the Workshop. Iran took the test and he passed! The rest is history! >>> See
