I like your readers know about a young Iranian in Worthington Kilbourne High School in Columbus, Ohio.

Nikrad Mahdi was the student body president this year and I took his picture when he was giving his speech at the graduation. Nik is an amazing hardworking student who cherishes caring and giving. He is truely a role model for students at school. This past Sunday, he graduated from with many awards. But what was most exciting about his achievements was his induction, along with two other girls, to school's Hall of Fame.

He graduates with the highest Honors, Honors Diploma, Award of Merit, Presidential Academic Excellence, Gold Key, National Honor Society, Celebration of Excellence Medal, Better Business Bureau Student of Integrity Award, and a number of scholarship. He is going to Oberlin College and I wish him the very best.
