Ladan Pazhouhandeh is a volunteer member of The Business Council for Peace. Bpeace is an international network of volunteer business people who help Afghan and Rwandan women build businesses--to sustain their families, create jobs, and strengthen their communities. Ladan is currently on a mission of volunteers to Kabul, Afghanistan. While in Kabul, among many other activities, they will be mentoring Bpeace's Afghan "Fast Runner" associates; meet prospective candidates for the Bpeace Apprentice Road Trip (an opportunity for Afghan businesswomen in non-handicrafts industries to come to the U.S. for training and mentoring); and meet with Kabul influentials (NGOs and governmental) who enhance the value of Bpeace's work.
