My Iranian of the day is my cousin Athena Uslander. Athena is an amazing entrepreneur in Chicago, selling the best desserts in the world at thena's Silverland desserts. Fine Living named her brownies to be among the TOP TEN desserts to be mail ordered in the country!  And now she is the face of Dove's Pro-Age skin care products. Print and TV ads will be coming your way shortly. Athena is the proud mother of three and like a big sister to me! We love you Ati!
