Photographs from Sunday's rally against Israel's attacks on Lebanon and Gaza, held in London's Trafalgar Square. The protest had been organized by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Stop the War, the British Muslim Initiative and others. The organizers' announcement of the protest said: "Despite increasing international pressure for a ceasefire, our government has refused to put pressure on Israel to end its assault on the Lebanese and Palestinian people. We need to send a strong and clear signal to the government that we are calling for an end to Israel's attacks and for an immediate ceasefire."
