UN chief Ban Ki-moon has said there is major concern about the humanitarian situation in Libya, in particular in the rebel-held city of Misrata

Iman, a resident of the city, decided to flee with her family to the UK because she said life had become untenable.

She told the BBC's Network Africa programme about her escape and the conditions in Misrat
