Nation of Exiles: A film about Iran's Green Movement

Bavand Karim is an Iranian-American writer and filmmaker living in Dallas, Texas. His recent film, Nation of Exiles, examines the roots of Iran's Green Movement and the role of social media in the events that took place during June 2009. To make this film, Bavand gathered video online posted by demonstrators, along with news reports and he conducted interviews with scholars around the country.
