TEHRAN - MP Hojjatoleslam Hossein Ebrahimi says Iran’s diplomatic apparatus has the potential to steer the course of action in Libya in such a way that would enable the Libyan people to determine their own destiny.
Ebrahimi, who is the deputy chairman of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, made the remarks in an interview with IRNA on Monday.
“(The situation in Libya) is a matter of concern because Libya is an important country among African and Arab countries which has extensive oil reserves, and colonialists and hegemonistic powers are seeking to plunder the country’s resources and establish dominance over Egypt and Tunisia,” he stated.
Ebrahimi also called on Egyptian and Tunisian officials as well as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to make efforts not to allow hegemonistic powers to take control of affairs in the North Africa region.
In conclusion, he expressed hope that the Libyan people would manage the situation and prevent colonialists from dominating their country.

I hope NATO will not rue the day when they got rid of one fascist dictator but opened the day to living Islamist HELL! The IR Terrorists and its Islamist tentacles are like vultures and will use every opportunity to destabilise a country and import its evil ideology.
