Behemoth: The Structure and Practice of National Socialism 1933–1944 is a book by the German lawyer and political scientist Franz Leopold Neumann.
It was written from 1941 to 1944 during his exile in the United States
and appeared for the first time in 1942, then in an expanded edition in
1944.

The title is a reference to Thomas Hobbes' book Behemoth from 1668, and the monster from Jewish mythology of the same name.

Although Nazi Germany appeared as an authoritarian and strong state, Neumann did not compare it with the monster Leviathan, also used by Hobbes. Instead, he equated it with Behemoth, which to Hobbes had represented a state of lawlessness in society, the state of nature.
In a complex analysis, Neumann tried to show that behind the
authoritarian and autocratic façade of the Nazi regime, there was
ultimately nothing but unbridled terror, egotism and arbitrariness on
the part of certain social groups.

An example of this was the aryanization (confiscation) of Jewish property, which had mostly served the interests of large capitalist companies such as Mannesmann or Thyssen.

براساس
گزارش های دریافت شده از استان کردستان بعد از اینکه مصرف شیشه در میان
جوانان شهر سنندج شایع شد و آثار سریع تخریبی آن مشاهده گردید، به دستور
مقامات بالای حکومتی، واردکنندگان مواد مخدر در کردستان که اساسا دو ارگان
سپاه و اطلاعات هستند، در یک اقدام هدفمند میزان ورود تریاک و مشتقات آن
را برای مدتی کمیاب و گران کردند و در عوض قیمت شیشه و مواد صنعتی مشابه
را بسیار پائین آوردند و راه ورودش را بازتر از همیشه کردند و مصرف
کنندگان را به سمت مصرف شیشه و مواد مشابه آن سوق دادند.

در
کار خرید و فروش مواد مخدر سپاه در بزرگترین قاچاقچی مواد مخدر در سطح
جهانی نیز هست. سایت انترنتی افشاگر ویکی لیکس سال گذشته سندی منتشر کردکه
بر اساس آن سپاه بزرگترین خریدار تریاک و گل خشخاش در افغانستان است. این
مواد بخشا با قیمت ارزان برای پخش در میان جوانان در ایران مورد استفاده
قرار میگیرد و بقیه نیز از راههای گوناگون به اروپا فرستاده میشود و
تاکنون چندین محموله این نیرو

در کشور آذربایجان کشف شده است.

اما
نقش سپاه پاسداران به آنچه که گفته شد محدود نمی گردد. سپاه بزرگترین
شبکه قاچاق مواد مخدر و نیز وارد کردن غیر رسمی سیگار و مشروبات الکلی به
کشور را در اختیار دارند. این جنایتکاران از مواد مخدر در کردستان و سیستان
و بلوچستان و اخیرا علیه سایر جوانان مبارز در سایر نقاط ایران استفاده
کرده و می کنند. سپاه پاسداران به عنوان بزرگترین کارفرمای تا دندان مسلح،
نقش تعیین کننده ای در را در بی حقوق کردن کارگران ایران ایفا کرده است.
دستمزد بسیار کم و پایین تر از خط فقر، عدم امنیت شغلی. محرومیت از حق
تشکل و اعتصاب و از هرگونه حمایت بیمه ای و مالی و بیکار کردن سهل و ساده
کارگران در هر مرحله از کار، ایتها از جمله اعمالی هستند که در موسسات
وابسته به سپاه بطور روزمره به کارگران تحمیل می شود.

Its Very Believable, IRGC has commited so many other Crimes

named two senior figures within the Guard involved in the drug trade.
Abdullah Araghi, the IRGC commander for Greater Tehran, is alleged to
have extensive connections with gangs in Eastern Europe. Mohsen
Rafighdoost was head of the IRGC in the 1980s and has maintained close
contact with the organisation since retiring.

Sajjad Haghpanah, a
former investigator with the IRGC's domestic intelligence division, said
drug trafficking was endemic within the unit."

IRGC mafia has committed so many crimes  in Iran (killing protestors, toture, assasinations...), why is it a surprise to see them do this. Like their Terrorist Islamic Brothers Taleban , who finance their terrorism with drugs

 There had been numerous reports and evidence that the narcotics business is completely controlled by the IRCG, with funds flowing into their leaders secret European bank accounts. This is all common knowledge amongst iranians back home.

Are you saying that they kill smugglers, get their stuff and sell it in free market inside Iran or outside?

I do not know to believe this propaganda or UN report on Iran's fight against drug trade!

گزارش می افزايد: سپاه پاسداران در حال حاضر به فعاليت
در عرصه قاچاق مواد مخدر همچنان ادامه می دهد و منطقه نفوذ خود را به
فيليپين، ماليزيا و چين هم گسترش داده است . در همين چوکات شبکه های موازی و
مربوط با سپاه پاسداران فعاليت های مختلفی از جمله قاچاق پول را انجام
ميدهند تا به اين طريق منابع مالی فعاليت های دهشت افگنی وفرهنگی مراکز و
موسسات فرهنگی خود در امارات ، افغانستان، پاکستان، تاجکستان، ترکيه و
شرق آسيا تامين کنند. گفتنی است که اتحاديه اروپا هم اکنون در حال تعقيب
فعاليت بيش از 80 تن از تاجران و شرکتهای تجارتی ايرانی در اروپا هستند که
خواسته يا ناخواسته با فعاليت های سپاه پاسداران همراهی می کنند
