Lets see.  A 33 year old guy who is a true super star. A damn good looking and charismatic man with more money than God. A man who spends over 120 days a year on the road away from your wife.

Is there a chance for your penis to override your brain?  The answer is a resounding yes.

Tiger woods, a married man with 2 kids has knowingly committed adultery.  There is no excuse for this.  He shall and will pay for this transgression monetarily, emotionally, spiritually & physically.  But thats between him, God and his wife.  Its non of anyone else's business. Especially here in America where 51% of married men have committed adultery, more than once!!!

The affair allegedly started 31 months ago.  Lets see.  What happened 31 months ago or thereabouts.

Tiger's dad, who was his hero, mentor, father, best friend all wrapped in one died in May 2006.  That was 37 months ago.

So 6 months after his dad's loss, he went crazy.  Thats what happens sometimes.  Its sad.

It just irritates the shit out of me when I see and hear White Americans on TV and radio talk about this and pass judgment on this guy.  All I have to watch here in China is CNN and BBC.  Its like there is NO other news in the world other than this!  I realize this (I mean the U.S.) is a free country and Wood's is sort of a public figure. 

Sorry, just had to vent.

Its clearly stated: T H E R E  I S  N O  E X C U S E  F O R  T H I S.

What I wrote about the loss of his dad was a possible explanation.  Not an excuse.

That is why the fuss is made, and the price for fame which allowed him to make all the money through sponsors from an alleged wholesome image. Tiger Woods is not just a golfer but a brand .

By the way I do not agree with excuses to justify extramarital affairs. OK he spends a long time aways from home and it is sad that his father passed away, but that is no excuse. It should not change peoples morals. Cheating, stealing, etc are imoral. Sorry not wanting to appear lecturely but just hate it when people make excuses to justify bad character.

PS: I couldnt care about his infidelity.

farmarz, i enjoyed reading your medical diagnosis of tiger's mental issues.  tiger's dad died, tiger went crazy and bada boom bada bing.... just to be clear, is the state of "crazy" that you talk about is when anything can happen and we're just bouncing in different directions like splitting atoms?  just wondering.

katmandu, you're right; a smart adulterer should not leave a trail behind himself.  that' why i always use sign language with my mistresses! :)

Also, to all the ones I haven't been with before (actually, I think that is a song by Willie Nelson), who do you think sleeps with these men, aliens?  Noooo, the answer is women.  So, it is a two way street.  Men are not all to be blamed.  Behind every cheating man, there is a woman (and sometimes another man). lol

Thank you for the timely update about Tiger Woods. I am not surprised that he is popular in China. He is 25% Chinese, his mom is half Thai and half Chinese. I wonder if he would still make the similar mistake if he was (is) not rich......"Money is the root of all evils!"

if they are, it is because they are jealous that he was with all these beautiful women. i think men everywhere suffer from sexuality crisis. they are unable to have satisfying sex lives at home and stray. either they are ashamed to have sex like they do with their mistresses in the marriage bed OR they cannot control themselves. 

i don't mean to say that women understand their own sexuality any better, but it seems that every week a new "famous" man is discovered to be breaking marriage vows.

My personal favorite sex scandals involve gay affairs by Christian right wingers. The sanford affair with the argentine soulmate was pretty fun also.
