My exact sentiments that after 1400 years, the least we should do is to sideline Islam and at best, Islam must be replaced in Iran.  We did it 1400 years ago, we can do it again.  This time lets replace it with nothing but a constitution, preferrably modeled after the American experiment.  Most importantly a constitution is an evolving document. It will change and not be a static set of delapidated and out of date laws.  I will only swear to a book of consitutiion be it that of Iran or America.
