Musings of a former chicken

When it comes to the Iranian expat community’s opinion on the state of affairs in IRR, the Islamist Rapist Republic, there seems to be, to borrow from Greenspan, an irrational exuberance taking shape.

The combination of century old national desire for freedom and the reality of the backward march to over millennia rooted barbarity of Islamist Rapists in conjunction with the apparent hopes for a case of a breakout to road to freedom and discounting what could very well be just a redo of 1979 with slight change in the cast of Islamist characters—have created a false sense of security in wishful thinking.

As shaky as IRR is that does not mean the crafty Islamist Rapists are going to go quietly. These murderous rapists are tenacious buggers; they have the will, the capacity and the track record to murder and rape as many Iranians as it takes to hold on to what they got.

This euphoria and hanging all the hopes on what could end up being a colossal color coded internecine Islamist turf war is not rational. It is very much like when at the height of its boom and before its implosion Alan Greenspan said of the prevailing perception about the state of U.S. economy as being a case of, irrational exuberance.
