Badi Villar Cardenas is a Lima, Peru based member of a dangerous rightwing Stalinist religious cult known as Haifan Baha'ism. In his capacity as a member of this cult, on the internet he serves in their Baha'i Internet Agency. Throughout Latin and South America, in the past Haifan Baha'ism has been involved with CIA-funded rightwing regimes, such as that of Augusto Pinochet in Chile, and even rightwing death squads in El Salvador in the 1980s as well as the CIA crack-cocaine funded Contras in Nicaragua in the 1980s. Members of the Haifan Baha'i National Spirtual Assembly of Chile served in the cabinets of Augusto Pinochet and so are culpable for the human rights violations under the Pinochet regime against the people of Chile. Recently high ranking members of Haifan Baha'ism in Peru maintained close ties simultaneously to the ousted authoritarian regime of Alberto Fujimori as well as Abimael Guzman's the Maoist Shining Path terrorist organization. It is a well known fact that uhj member Farzam Arbab, the father of the Ruhi Institutes, developed his model upon that of Marxist guerilla indoctrination cells which the Shining Path maintained in the jungles of Peru, Bolivia and Columbia. With Alberto Fujimori high ranking members of the NSA of Peru have maintained (and apparently still do) financial interests. On April 7, 2009, Fujimori was convicted of human rights violations and sentenced to 25 years in prison for his role in killings and kidnappings by the Grupo Colina death squad during his government's battle against leftist guerrillas in the 1990s.

I believe that no member of the Universal House of Justice is a psychiatrist to offer a conclusive diagnosis on on problems associated with the psychosis.
I suggest that Nima Hazini (aka Wahid Azal) should have some interviews with Abdul-Missagh Ghadirian and Seena Fazel. They are qualified to determine which is Hazini's problem.

Diagnosis

Before proposing Mubahalah Nima Hazini must confront the psychiatrists' diagnosis to prove something very difficult: that he isn't psychotic. In fact, this is something that many years ago the parents of Nima want for him.

al−Qa'ida. Presently the game plan is to foment a massive (fictitous)
and devasting (ultimately thermo−nuclear) war in the Mid East in order
to consummate the totalitarian NWO. Of course, they are going to lose,
and lose bad at the end of all this! But before they lose, they will
unleash a lot of mayhem on our beloved Gaia.
But note, this: when Abu Musab Zarqawi's name is put to gematria in
Arabic, it comes to precisely 666. I can send you the document, if you
wish. Note that Nostradamus spoke of the 3rd and Final Antichrist as
MABUS, and cryptically referred to him as the one of the Blue. Zarqawi
means in Arabic "the one of the Blue [place]." I can post my workings

The basic problem from our POV, as I see it, however, is this:
presently many, many of those who claim to follow a spiritual Path,
seem to have been lulled into a state of utter complacency, especially
in the West. Much of the popular New Age stuff out there is either
outright quackery or commercial gimmicks. Many of the gurus are
outright corrupt. Territoriality and hollow pretensiousness hold sway
everywhere. Amongst us Gnostcs there are very few of us who truly
understand what is going on, and even more than that appreciate the
fact that now is the time to put aside all territoriality and
pretensiousness and reach out to all the other true Gnostics elsewhere,
so that the Apokatastasis may be truly brought about. I think you know
what I am talking about.

Castanada (who probably did not really understand what Don Juan meant).

Regulations governing Mubahalah

I don't think you can convincingly argue that there is a decisive injunction or stipulation (hukm) in the shar'ia deriving from the sunna of the Prophet (sws) and the practice of the Imams (as) specifically either against or even abrogating the practice of mubahalah. I know the 'ulama have argued this several times, especially recently, but there is no verse in the Qur'an (or conclusive hadith) that specifically abrogates 3:61 - that is, should someone deign to call for a legitimate contest of mubahalah. Technically that verse is still operatively present in its given context and any definitive legal decision on the question would have to allow it given similar circumstances.

The Imams (as) used it strategically, and we have the notable example of Imam Ja'far as-Sadiq (as) using it publicly on a number of occasions. Up until the early 20th century of the CE some 'ulama in Iran (besides  takfir) were even using challenges to mubahalah against each other on quite regular bases. I believe one of the biases against its practice presently stems from an over-rationalization of certain technical, theological matters that holds the efficacy of prayer as a specific non-violent instrument of warcraft under question. The reason this is done by certain contemporary Islamic scholars is precisely what I pointed out, and that is, that mubahalah has definite resonances and ramifications pointing to an implied acceptance of the reality of the occult in Islam. Since many legal points in fiqh have yet to distinguish between the valid typologies of ruhaniya (white magic or theurgy) as opposed to sihr (black magic or sorcery), the fuqaha (understanding full well the implied ramifications of mubahalah) have equivocated on the legal implementation of this practice and pronounced it non-obligatory. But this seriously begs the question because the sunna of the Prophet (sws) and the Imams (as) categorically allows it in the exigent circumstances detailed.

That said, I know the UHJ would never accept. I put this out there for posterity as a permanent testament to the integral spiritual cowardice of these people.

they are not obligated to do mubahalah,that is law of Islam ,I dont think they have such an order, I think they have law not to mobahelleh ,in order to keep their falsehood cover, they would never come to man to man dialogue(mobaheseh)
