A Prayer for Justice (goodbye iranian.com!)

هو العدل

In the Name of That Who is the Just Who hath Decreed with Justice from Pre-Eternity!

Say, It is the Sun of Justice and there is no other Pure Light of Justice found besides It neither in the Heavens, nor in the earth nor what is between them!

O my God, verily I invoke Thee by Thy Justice Most Equitable for Thou art indeed That Justice Most Just in the essence of consummate Justice by Thy Name the Just in the Attribute of Justness Most Brilliant, Most Scintillant, Most Irradiant whether in the Heavens, in the earth or what is between them!

O my God, verily I invoke Thee by Thy Decree Most High for indeed Thy Decree is That Decree whereby all-things are existentiated at each moment by the Will of That Volition that is the quintessence of Thy Word in the acme of that Victory which is Thy Light, Thy Luminescence and Thy Resplendence in the Heavens, in the earth and what is between them!

O my God, verily I invoke Thee by Thy Sovereignty Most Established for indeed Thy Sovereignty is That Sovereignty whereby the essential quiddities of all-things are upraised in their beinghood in each instant by the Dominion of That Domination that is the conclusive Might of Thy Power borne of the Singular Sovereignty which is in Thy Hands, in Thy Possession and under Thy Protection within the Heavens, within the earth and what is between them!

O my God, verily I invoke Thee by Thy Wisdom Most Stupendous for indeed Thy Wisdom is That Wisdom whereby the contingent realities of all-things are realized from before and after in the realization of that Reality which is Thy Omnipotence Most Manifest by the Appearance of Thy Visage which hath annihilatively effaced the darkness of the inversion of negation with Thy Existence, by Thy Being and in Thy Essence within the Heavens, within the earth and what is between them!

O my God, verily I invoke Thee by Thy Names the Vanquisher, the Victorious, the Equitable, the Just, the Wise and the Sovereign to grant Thy servants the Just Vanquishment, the Victorious Equity, the Wise Justice and the Sovereign Word for there is no other Justice but in Thee the Living, the Protector, the Peerless neither in the Heavens, nor in the earth nor what is between them!

I think it's quite possible that when Nur says goodbye he means goodbye. And on the other hand, if it's not possible, so then we'll have a bunch of little nurlings sprouting up like mushrooms, and that'll be part of the challenge...

both for him and for us..

not game. Challenge.

Oh, ps, Nur, one more thing,

by rosie is roxy is roshan on

Did you know that of the nine Enneagram points, almost every professional psychic is a point 6, core mental (fear) point. (The mental body is the fear body because mentation is strategy for future and analysis for safety). Just like you and me, Nur. Always looking, past the surfaces, probing for what's "really" there, and trying to find the meaning, the ultimate meaning that will yield...safety. That's our point, Wahid. But it doesn't work the other way around. So most professional psychics are 6's but most 6's, obviously, are not professional psychics. Ohterwise more than half the people here would be too.

Thank you dear.
With all your blogs, I am now able to see the other side of Bahai cult. Your blogs encouraged me to read more and investigate more. I will find more and bahaism and wish to be one like you. With a lot of knowledge to tackle these people of "Good Words".
I appreciate your efforts. I will be always there to read your postings on talk.religion.bahai
thank you
wish you a long live with peace and happiness.
May the 'Eternal Being' reward you.

rosie is roxy is roshan

Okay Nur, here goes (edited)

by rosie is roxy is roshan on

I'm exhausted.

I never read any of your blogs until just recently because I know the Bahai are denied bssic legal rights in Iran and that shouldn't be the case with any group. I also know that Bezaie is a Bahai and the ending of Mosaferaan is one of the most exquisite and brilliant parts of a film I've ever seen.

And I know that when the blogging first opened here I used to talk about a lot of spiritual "stuff" (that was at a time before moderation when there was so much screaming going on from extremists that all types of voices had equal validity here, that's no longer the case) and several times I wound up on threads on the same "wavelength" with Bahai and they never tried to approach me, to convert me, they just said they agree with me that's all. And I know I met Faryar in New York last year, and we did what any two regular bloggers from the site would do--we gossiped.

So I'm really not interested in critiques of the Bahai, which is not to say I feel they may not have some validity, just that I'm not interested, and my experiences of them have been positive.

So anyway I didn't pay much mind to all those blog, and Covenant's, and so on, until this thing exploded. And I've been over it with you and everyone else by now a zillion times. you implicated Jahanshah in a conspiracy with the Bahai and the Rockefeller Foundation, like"snow is blue", and you were sounding kind of psychotic, and on that basis, as far as I'm concerned your entire argument about the Bahai fell out the window.

I was delighted to find out that you are not borderline psychotic, you are just very paranoid like your garden variety Iranian expat. You are only insane when it comes to the Bahai/Aftabeh issues. And I love your two blogs on Sufism. And they prove that you are a man of--genius, there's just no other word for it. A very unusual thing on this forum.

And I was really looking forward to talking about Sufism with you and learning from you but the blog is dense and has many sources so it required time. And in the middle of that time out of nowhere, you threw me into the jahanshah/Bahai/Rockefeller conspiracy. and I think now, given the deletions of my posts from your thread, you could understand my EXTREME frustration at those kinds of insinuations. (7 cups...) So all this soured me from replying to that blog of yours on Sufism.

But I honestly have to tell you that that blog of yours is probably the only thing left on thi forum that really could inspire me. Because as I meticulouslly explained on your thread (although my post was deleted), after putting so much work into exposing the labor purges and no one giving a good goddam (and this isn't the first time by any means I've written about something I think is really important and no one says boo) I really feel that I have nothing left to contribute to this forum, because as a writer (not as a poster on threads but as a writer of blogs, my contributions are among the most-undervalued here. So I have nothing really left to offer now, I don't have the interest n spitting into the wind. And vice verse, the forum has very little left to offer me, because what they taught me was how to remian within the parameters of purely secular discourse and get involved in news feeds and so on, and then when I...gave birth..to something from that that REALLY mattered, that could've actually done something for some people in Iran, no one cared. So I've taken the Nothing is Sacred parameters of this forum as far as I can go. It goes no further. It's done, finished. Anything I do here from now on is stale bread for me.

So what does all this have to do with you? Well first off it it has to do with my supporting your decision to leave because even if you fit right in, this can be a very unkind place. And also because (Bahai aside and I really wish you'd focus more in your life on Sufsim until you're thinking more clearly before you go back to the Bahai issues..) this is not a place for spiriitual writing. And i also support you vocally now because like I said, this is a Bermuda Triangle, and if you feel a need to leave, as soon as someone tries to grab you back, the next thing you know you've caught. So people who aren't happy here need that kind of support to leave. otherwise they can't.

But I have to say one thing: I will very much miss your teachings on Sufism.

And another thing, and this is not to you because I've said it over and over in the past recent days but to anyone else who happens to be reading this: Nur, you suffer from paranoia. You are not alone. It is very common among Iranians. Look at the Shah. Look at how these people here polarize into groups and engage in spurious argements (just like yours) and project all the evils of the world and of their country's recent history) onto others. It's always the Shadow. It's never them. Just like you.

And I could go on and on. Do you know how many times accredited people have been named Iranian of the Day and entire threads were devoted to saying they're not who they are or they have no credentials? And this is a bunch of crap, but it'sa lso an illness. I told you--paranoia. The persecuted persecutor". There is not one single paranoid person who does not persecute.

And that's why I keep telling everyone you're their mirror. You're the quintessential analytical, paranoiac Iranian expat, really, you are. Except magnified a thousandfold. And except thatyou have genius, and that's a quality you won't find much of here.

Anyway if you stayed to write about the Suffism I'd be your devoted reader and commenter. But there's be very few others. You see, they have a n allergy to religion (and they can't distinguis between religion and spiriutality) because three-quarters of them were screaming Oh Islamic law, Imam, I can't wait! in 1979, and now they feel so stupid and guilty that they won't go near anything that says anything like the word god, not Buddhism, not yoga, not Shamanism, not Qabala, not Sufism--(and the ones who do, they won't talk about it here). So if you stayed you'd be lonely and you'd wind up regresing into this Bahai stuff-which, whatever modicum of truth it may have, is very very bad for you. And for people like Faryar who I like to gossip with.

So basically that's the story, from my perspective. You're very difficult, very difficult, but I'm really interested in your knowledge of ruhaniya. And I'm not much interested in much else here anymore. I'm sure you could understand that. Spitting into the wind. The four cornered square wind of grey obsessive secularism (ironically except for the Bahai). Nothing is sacred but the secular, target readership average  Aftabeh's a magician too. He knows how to work the forces. Always has. He was born with a silver spoon and the gift of media.

argument

by KO (not verified) on

Although I really hate your style of attacking most people who come along, and your method of accusing eveyone of things you do not like(hate)... yet you have shed some light on matters that I did not know before, and have had to check and further investigate.
Sadly, I found many truths in things you have said.
A one sided argument is never an argument,
so stay...
But debate and produce a good argument... if you can.... if not... then it must be goodbye...

Dear Nur:
You brought to light a part of Iranian history that has been shrouded under cloud of prejudice and hijacked by your rival Bahai community. It is certain that the small Bayani community has produced more than its share of men and women who served and sacrificed for their homeland. During the war of constitution they sacrificed their lives; and even one of them the late Mr. Forougi was effective in saving the independence of Iran. I should add two other names that have served their country Mrs.Farrokhroo Parsa and Motarjem Homayoun Fravashi who published the comprehensive history of Iran.
Your writings caused me to obtain a copy of original Noghtat ol Kaaf of Mirza Jani Kashani pubished by Browne and distorted version that Bahais insists is the correct one. In the past my repeated attempts to get a copy of Aghdas from Bahai friends met with different excuses. Now I have studied it on line. Two Bahai scholars claim that a total of 17000 writings from Bahaullah have been discovered and still more are found. I studied only two of the writings, but the style does not fit in the 19th century Persian and the thoughts do not match the content of the holiest book. I hope there will be more forums in a peaceful and tolerant manner, so that Iranians receive a correct knowledge of Bahaism and Bahais who nevertheless are part of our nation and history and should enjoy the civil right equal to others.

you are gonna need more than the musaic of words youv collected from the Bahai writings and call it your prayer for justice.
If you had one iota of insight and spirituality you would flee from Gods justice not ask for it you fool.
Next time when you get the urge write something for Grace and Mercy man. Thatll be better for you.

lack of social rsponsibility and immaturity have done you well in the past 30 years and there will be more of the same with rish sefeeds like you.

Dear Farshadjon Fish,

by rosie is roxy is roshan on

If you've been here for ten years how come you don't know that you can find information from any registered user by just clicking on their avatar name (that i, if you're registered}The information is what one chooses to put. I am one of the only ones, if not the only, who chooses not only to give my name and e-mail, but my address. So send me some flowers.

Anyway, the key is BASELESS accusations as you said. That means the premises are false, and that's exactly what happens with so many others here and why their debates go on and on forever with no resolution. Just like Nur. And you. Now watch this:

You tell  me Nur won't be here to answer me but you came back to see if he answered you. AND you tell me Nur won't be back when you told him see ya sweetie. See what I mean? Warped logic.. Congratulations, you are ordinary.

As for my path, sweetie, you know about as much about my path as you know about how to find a registered user's information.

ps oh and by the way, your answer's incomplete. you still haven't told me what you do for iran when you're not having fun making sport of misguided troubled people like nur. and..um...sorry to disappoint but i've been reading this site since I first published on it five years ago.

Here is my answer!!

by farshadjon on

I assume that you are referring to me, sweetheart!

Your chosen nick name for me will not suit me as I have been around here for more than 10 years in contrast to your buddy, NUR, who ran away from here in less than a month and yourself with that weird nick name hiding yourself behind the PC!

You seem to follow the same path but let me tell you something and remember that forever:

Baha’i religion does not need me or anybody else like Faryam or Alborz to defend the legitimacy of the faith. It is Baha’u’llah ‘s own word that the stones of desert will be raised to establish the cause all around the world.

BTW, I had fun with NUR because he made fun of himself with baseless accusations and he did not last here to defend himself.

Now, go and work on your piece of article. NUR, your buddy, will not be here to answer and I don’t bother to respond to you any more, as well.

See you soon, Sweetie, too!

Right Fish,

you had fun playing with a severe paranoiac, someone wiith an illness, who perceives enemies everywhere and never accepts responsibily for anything himself, but fixates on one imagined persecutor, and elaborates valid arguments based on false premises that go on forever come hell or high water. Someone just like so many of you who KNOW just who destroyed Iran, only magnified tenfold. You had fun because he's your fun house mirror.

And tell us, hit and run fish, did you have fun with Nur here because you needed a break from all  your hard work trying to really do something for Iran. Or did you just have MORE fun than usual?

Dear Mr Nur

by Anonymous- (not verified) on

I read a lot of the threads that you wrote in, and I have found you very engaging and funny ( please take this as a compliment). You have an interesting way with words.

Personally, I don't believe in any religions, I find the whole idea of "manifestation of god" or whatever that the prophets, and their sheep followers say, totally absurd. I also found the Bahais general attitude toward you very hypocritical and quite disgusting, specially anyone, Bahai or not, who made fun of you. I see Hossein Ali Nuri as a crazy guy who claimed to be a prophet, who was thinking about his zir-shekam so much, he had to take four wives.

Religions cause probelms. Please consider reading about a no-religion path. Please stop with your nonsense... try to at least understand that there are other ways. Wish you well and a peaceful existance.

Dear Wahid,

by rosie is roxy is roshan on

I just wanted to tell you that I am going to write a long response to this tonight, and I will definitely do it, so please check the thread. I don't blame you though if you don't answer because in my experience, when you say good-bye herre and then you post, you get pulled right back in. This is a Bermuda Triangle.

I also want to say that I had reasons for not writing on your Sufi blog--which I really did love--as I'd promised I would, and I'll explain them later.

rainbowcountery

Dear NUR

Growing up, we had Bahi neighbors who were our tenants.

They were from Shiraz and they had a couple of beautiful daughters.

I always had the hots for them.

In general my impression of Bahis is they are beautiful and kind and most of all they are our ham Vatans (I do not care about none Iranians).

I enjoyed and learned from reading your blogs.

I also agree with some of your assertions but not all.

In general, I am suspicious of any group who are associated with Zionism.

The west has been using/manufacturing descent by creating/using minorities all they way from the Jews to northern tribes in Afghanistan.

As far as Iranian.com, you hit the nail on the head.

I started blogging under the alias
“Bang Man” and every time I had to write any thing serious about Israel my account was deleted.

BUT I WILL not Give up …

I think you should not give up and keep on telling the truth as you see it …

We are All Naught But Sinners

by Bahai Believer (not verified) on

O Thou forgiving Lord!

Although some souls have spent the days of their lives in ignorance, and became estranged and contumacious, yet, with one wave from the ocean of Thy forgiveness, all those encompassed by sin will be set free.

Whomsoever Thou willest Thou makest a confidant, and whosoever is not the object of Thy choice is accounted a transgressor.

Shouldst Thou deal with us with Thy justice, we are all naught but sinners and deserving to be shut out from Thee, but shouldst Thou uphold mercy, every sinner would be made pure and every stranger a friend.

Bestow, then, Thy forgiveness and pardon, and grant Thy mercy unto all.

Thou art the Forgiver, the Lightgiver and the Omnipotent.
