We celebrate your Birthday here even if you are far away. Wish you the best on your BD (tomorrow) and hope you are celebrating it wherever you are, with wine and flowers! You are now in the "land of flowers" so it should be easy to pick the best ones for yourself. Just send me the bill! :D)))

Birthday Blessings 
Instead of counting candles,
Or tallying the years,
Contemplate your blessings,
As your birthday nears.
Consider special people
Who love you, and who care,
And others who’ve enriched your life
Just by being there.
Think about the memories
Passing years can never mar,
Experiences great and small
That have made you who you are.
Another year is a happy gift,
So cut your cake, and say,
"Instead of counting birthdays,
I count blessings every day!"

Orang jan,

Hope you have had the greatest fete d'anniversaire ever !! I said : send me the bill for the flowers, because I thought you were still in Japan, but as you told me you were already back in France for you BD, please don't think a second about sending that bill for me ;o) 

Flowers are too expensive in Paris !!

BTW: First years of my arriving here, I also used the word "anniversary" for "anniversaire" but my friends corrected me and said that "anniversary" is only used for the Anniversair de Marriage, here. Just forwarding their message :D)

It is the FIRST time in my life, I've a blog posted for my anniversary !

I wonder who told Irandokht, I'm more than 40 years old! ;-) but I feel myself as when as  I left Iran at 79 when I was 18. Now you can calculate ;-)
