San Francisco Chronicle, "Iraq war anniversary marked by protests": Several thousand antiwar protesters chanted slogans and carried signs in a high-spirited, mostly peaceful march Saturday [March 19, 2005] in San Francisco to mark the second anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq. The march from Dolores Park to Civic Center Plaza was one of dozens of protests around the world, from Los Angeles to New York, London and Istanbul. [see video clips]
