What are the chances of this? Aman and Amir both got game balls duiring Thursday's game between the Yankees and the Orioles in Baltimore. YAY! First, Yankees player #33 Nick Swisher was walking off the field and an older fan sitting next to Aman yelled - "give the kid a ball give the kid a ball" - but he was on his way to the dug out and not close enough to do it... then 3 minutes later Swisher came out of the dug out and gave Aman a ball!!! Then 2 innings later the fan in front of us caught a ball and the same fan next to Aman pointed to Amir and said "give the kid the ball give the kid the ball" and after 5 minutes of touching his game ball he turned to Amir and gave him the ball!!!!! All the fans around us said it is unheard of for 2 brothers to get 2 game balls at one game!

Nice kids, not so nice names!
by Concerned Iranian (not verified) on Fri Apr 10, 2009 09:41 PM PDTWho came up with these names? Virtually every boy in Iran now is somehow an "Amir": Amir Hossein, Amir Soheil, Amir Ali, and the like. Dodn't these parents have any sense of originality, any concet of innovaton? Try some Iranian names. Believe me, they don't bite you.
Lucky Amir & Aman Ardalan
by fozoolBashi (not verified) on Fri Apr 10, 2009 03:40 PM PDTI guess this is how they make baseball fans for life. By the way the older fan, any relations? Dad, uncle, ... ?
