i agree that it can be a little shallow. 

even as a nutritionist i prefer to help people with real illnesses than just do weight loss for those who just want to lose weight for the sake of "looking good" and at any cost.

If this is shallowness Gol Dost, where do you put the limit? How about the expensive cars we buy? Or the clothes we wear? Are we shallow if we feel we have to have the most expensive gucci bag or jack&jones jeans?

Its a common thing to have your body altered, and more alterations will come in the future, many because of medical reasons, most because of fasion and culture.

The reason Im saying all of this is because Im in my last year of medical school and Im wondering if I should be that guy laughing all the way to the bank or not.
