What a total a**hole....she is not only  ignorant but a jerk to try to brown nose her way up the ladders of hollywood, she says she speaks 'Farsi', excuse me last time I checked there were no languages under such category!

Then she goes on blabbering about Persians all coming from BIG tribes!! REALLY? Which tribe did she come from and in which village was  she setting up her tent in back in Iran? There is NO limit to this woman's insanity to make up imaginary hallucinations to satisfy the way foreigners look down their nose at Iran, Iranians and ANYTHING related our culture...the WORST being her role in the damned movie of stoning, which BTW has NO roots in PERSIA but more related to all 3 human disgraces, Christianity, Judaism and the cream of the crop Islam...

Why does she tell the world Farsi, instead of PERSIAN? Ignorant?

The generation who immigrated here after the revolution they keep going around teaching the Americans a new persian word "Farsi!" Do they want us to cut off from our roots in the eyes of westerners? Do they realize that by doing tht they are confusing them?

Reza Shah changed Persia to Iran for the west, but he didn't call Persian Iranian or Farsi! 

At least say Iranian which is the mother of the Persian language! These people who do this are they against anything persian due to their origianl tribal association, or is it pure ignorance?

I never understood this! Why so much inistance on this? At the same time these people (not her) going around and say they are from Persia!!!! Go figure!

Those non-Iranians who have run into thiese kind of people when they ask me if I speak Farsi, i say I speak Persian! I speak Farsi if you speak ingilisi!!!
