Bidding war for autobiography

New York Post: Gretchen Young, the powerhouse Hyperion editor who masterminded Caroline Kennedy's book, is at it again. She was recently seen lunching with exiled Iranian actress Shohreh Aghdashloo at Michael's [in New York City]. We hear Hyperion is one of four pub lishers bidding for the rights to the memoir of the Emmy- winning, Oscar-nominated ac tress. Aghdashloo's name is being batted around again as the dark-horse Oscar contender for her performance in "The Stoning of Soraya M."

What's with the posts of this "Delaram"?  

What sort of person asks "Is the movie objective"?

What are you suggesting??  Do you think in your little brain that the ayatollahs have the right to practice this sort of barbaric medieval activities?  More so, do it without an internationally acceptable jury and court process?

 No wonder you are interested in superficial things like Agdashloo's voice being this way or that way.

Watch the whole movie, maybe it will make you realize there are deeper problems in life.

Of course it is based on a True Story. Dramatized I suppose in the move like in all films but it is entirely True.

I disagree with the Film Critics who said it is a minor movie aimed to bad represent Iranians ...

She did well in House of Sand and Fog. But Ben Kingsley was superb. He was a perfect Imperial Iranian Air Force Sarhang. The scene of him in uniform towards the end is unforgettable.

I tried to read the book but was turned off by an obvious error concerning the Iranian military.
