Lovingly put together.
by Princess on Mon Feb 23, 2009 02:50 AM PST... and Majid agha, you are hilarious. I love your tone. It sounds like my favorite guy from shahr-e ghesseh. I'm not going to tell you which one, lest I offend you. :)
Ali p,
my understanding of the significance of the "dangerous chaharshanbeh souri" is that the couple either met each other for the first time or fell in love with each other on the chaharshanbeh souri featured at the beginning of the clip.

Chashm.....

This is part 1 of a series of videoclips which Babak is putting on YouTube. It is a collection of home videos he has taken of his life and family in Japan and in the US. We all have those video tapes we don't know how to combine and use! He has done a very good job of it.
I see a lot of home videos, believe me! Very few of them are so lovingly edited and put together to tell a story. Please be patient! When other parts are ready, I'll suggest them to JJ again.
I am certainly learning a lot about how to edit out those looooong dialogues in my home videos and how to make them interesting to watch, thanks to Babak.
As in any amateur work, it may not be perfect in presentation, but it is perfect in the heart department!
P.S. I think this part is happening in Japan in the late 1990's.

Your computer is fine, i went through the same thing on mine. I Think, i mean it seems as if J went to see B in japan and they eventually moved to Estados unidos na? ...
I loved it. Very creatively expressed.

Very sweet and cute
by farrad02 on Sun Feb 22, 2009 01:52 PM PSTIntersting choice of music at the begining. "If that ain't love, it'll have to do, until the real thing comes along!" But then again, for an arranged marriage (as this one appears to have been) this is the best one can say!
Lovely couple
by Jahanshah Javid on Sun Feb 22, 2009 01:38 PM PSTNow THAT's a love story. Thank you for sharing.
ehhhh

On the behalf of those of us with low IQ's:
Baabaa, you have seen this; you should have given us a clue as what's going on.
The " well edited and nicely presented"ly of this video doesn't kick in until 0:48 . It is mute until then( at least on my PC). I kept playing with my maas-maasak!
So, who was living abroad and went back to marry the other one?
What is the significance of that "Chaarshanbh-Souri"?
