overall the video ruins his good voice. One will enjoy the entire song by visualizing the background. Sitting on a love seat and acting as a "daash akol" is a poor taste. It would have been better if he was on the floor with a cup of tea and a samovar, or outside next to an old tree or something. The other actor is a failure by all measures, the word for is "allaaaf". The dancer's scene quite clearly and most likely is a copyright violation a given fact in Iranian art creations. Poor dancer (perhaps Jamileh) does not even know about this video.

So, the bottom line is a video can be double edged sword. Use it with caution or you ruin the whole thing.

I give it D+ if there was no video it would be a B-.

I am not one to easily like new (or old ) Iranian songs. But this one was quite impressive. Very very nicely done. His voice is great. His gestures were just perrrfect and right on the mark. The rest of the clip (the man with the beared and the belly dancer) were not up to the same standards of the singer himself. But he definitely did a great job regradlless.
