I only got this far by lip reading, not sure though.
The lady is the young mother to those boys.
Fact: "The boy is extremely ticklish"
Full screen helps better:

0:26 son: shashidam
0:31 son: vaay shashidam
0:34 son: be khodam shashidam x2
0:35 mom: Dorood bar to(not sure on dorood)
0:38 son: vaay be khodam shashidam
0:41 son: Hey pasho ye chizi be man bede man mesle inke man hame jaaro shashi kardam (not sure)
0:44 mom: Ta to bashi avizoon nakoni dare koon ... ta kamar(he wears pants rap style!?)

Any thoughts? would be nice to sort it out
