You both are right....

preparing and making of the "kabaab digi" was omitted, also a sharp fishing knife "fillet knife" is the best in the kitchen (my favorite).

Observations:

- Afshin keeps mentioning his single days. Life must be hard as a married man! Hang in there Afshin khan.

- Don't ruin salad Shirazi by bastardizing it (Don't use the mushy center of cucumber or tomatoes; it makes the salad too watery) .

- Sharpen your knife more often!
