Is Khamenei's son leading Iran crackdowns?

Wikipedia: Mojtaba Khamenei (born c. 1969), is an Iranian hard-line cleric, and the second son of Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran. Mojtaba is reported to have a strong influence over his father and is talked about as his possible successor. The strength of Mojtaba's personal following has not been demonstrated. He would face opposition in the Assembly of Experts, which selects the Supreme Leader. Many conservatives, including the Revolutionary Guard hierarchy, support Mojtaba and oppose reformers who might question the financial management of the country and the billions of dollars conservatives use to support their regional political agenda. However, Mojtaba's religious and political stature may still not be enough for Ali Khamenei to one day just unveil his son as his successor. Mojtaba is affiliated with Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He supported Ahmedinejad in the 2005 and 2009 presidential elections and may have been "a key figure in orchestrating the crackdown against anti-government protesters" in June 2009. In an open letter, Mehdi Karrubi, ex-chairman of the Majlis (parliament) and a reformist candidate in the 2009 presidential vote, explicitly accused Mojtaba Khamenei of participating in a conspiracy to rig the election, referring to illegal interference of "a network". He is married to the daughter of former parliamentary speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel >>>

I think JJ has lost his mind otherwise why would he choose a criminal as "The Iranian of the day"?
I think certain minimum requirements should be imposed on those who are given this title. Or should we choose Khamenei, for ordering the killings and beating of peaceful protesters, next as the Iranian of the day?

JJ: please remove him from the list of those who have received this title.

Uday who was sadistic and was condemned for death of thousands.

I can't imagine what he did to the Iranian prisoners, what he did to his people.

Rape, Murder and execution was what he was famous for.

Qusay, more power thirsty would aide his dad in assassination and killings.

The chemical bombs dropped on the kurdish people, and Iranian villages and on Iranian soldiers were all handled by him and chemical Ali.

We know what happend to them.

So the two sons of another dictator we know what your fates will be.
