Every job is honorable!
by Adel (not verified) on Fri Jun 19, 2009 02:56 AM PDTSomeone wrote here that he hopes this man has the ambition to climb the ladder in society, or something along those lines. I would like to respond by saying that there is no need to climb the ladder in society. Every job is honorable. Every job except the job of being criminal like Mr. Khamenei, Ahmadinejad and the thousands of their co-criminals in the theocracy of falsehood and crimes! The job of fulfilling a much needed function like this hamvatan is very honorable. Compare that to the job of a filthy basij whose job is to torment, maime and kill innocent people! That is a most shameful job!
dude just gave life...
by Damon Jaan (not verified) on Mon Jun 15, 2009 11:42 AM PDTto a crowd, its more than you could probably do in your miserable surroundings, .ps, i bet you spew out bs, and when i read your words you come off as a real prick. minus the rose you probably smell like Biff. lost his dignity? he's busting his back instead of trying to sell you crack or "keraak", so dude just get off of that trip. and by the way i love the hard workers class, i dont see why it is okay in the Iranian-American, as well as Iranian/Arab/Indian communities to ridicule them and try and treat them as inferior. From a hard forking worker to you (probly get spooned by your girl), whether its pushing pencils, or boulders, or being a forking soldier. hate is a strong word, but I like this dude, and i'd buy him an alcoholic maa'shahri on me...anytime, bastids
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

A word on Cleaning Rooms
by KouroshS on Fri Jun 12, 2009 11:51 AM PDTThis hard-working and shareef man has been influenced by what goes on in his surrondings and we all know how people like to chant being #1 in whatever they do. It apparently gives them a good feeling. It is not necessarily about rating and comparing onself to others.
he may not be on a level where he could pursue an education, be it in here or back home in iran, so he probably would be employed in a same line of work back home as well. The only palpabel difference would be that he at least can earn and send more money home for his parents and other family members.
I just hope that he has the ambition to move up the ladder of progress.
Gol Dust
by fozoooooooooooooooool (not verified) on Fri Jun 12, 2009 09:18 AM PDTWhatever bro, Bro kar kon mago chist kar ke sarmayeye javedanist kar. He is doing a nobel thing and thats working and supporting hisfamily.
Go cry and blame everthing on IRI. even in the most modern society someone has to clean the rooms. how about u? probebly still living in ur parents basement.
Az maast ke barmast, not IRI. Its ppl like u who judge others base on nonsence. and Iranian culture is like that, judge and judge eachother.
Gol-Dust
by Anonymous-Patriot (not verified) on Fri Jun 12, 2009 08:44 AM PDTNot everyone is a sophisticated intellectual (like you?)...and there is no shame in work even if it is cleaning rooms. Just enjoy the simplicity and audacity of a person who could sing like that in front of all his colleagues. And they loved it too.
What his name?
by Multiple Personality Disorder on Thu Jun 11, 2009 07:47 PM PDTI'll write in his name for the President.
Gol-dust
by Omid 11 (not verified) on Thu Jun 11, 2009 07:37 PM PDTfor the first time I agree with you.
No.1 KHAYEH MALL! That's how he surives in US w/o speaking
by gol-dust on Thu Jun 11, 2009 06:04 PM PDTEnglish! Now that he is done, he can go back cleaning the rooms that all of you guys stay in! Feel sorry for the man who has lost all his dignity! It is not funny, it is good to make fun of!
Why this IRI has made our own country so bad that they have to come here living like this? IRI has brought misery to the people!
I didn't find it funny! It
by kofri (not verified) on Thu Jun 11, 2009 04:32 PM PDTI didn't find it funny! It melted my heart! I felt rather than singing about dashte arzhan, about koh o dasht haye shahr o diyaresh dareh ino mikhoneh! Good for him that he keeps singing!

To Ali P.
by LiVe From TeHran (not verified) on Thu Jun 11, 2009 12:08 PM PDTI think he was a funny, self assured individual who wanted to express himself through a song about how much he likes his colleagues...Also, what's wrong to compliment people and tell them you all are the #1 in my heart.
Not to be "Mr A'saab"
by Ali P. on Thu Jun 11, 2009 11:59 AM PDTbut, in his beautiful song, he says, in Marriot,"everyone is #1"!
Where are we, North Korea?
How glamerous is that?
I certainly don't want to be #1, where every idiot is also #1!
#1 is only good, when there are #15 and #16's, roaming around, so you can feel accomplished and superior!
LOL...anywho. He seems sincere, and sweet. He'll own the joint some day, I am sure.
(Oh,... and I used to work at Marriot. It wasn't all that!)
Hee hee hee
by Anonymous-Patriot (not verified) on Thu Jun 11, 2009 11:43 AM PDTI laugh so few time these days...thank you for the belly laugh :-)
AWESOME
by sarasepidzadeh on Thu Jun 11, 2009 11:30 AM PDTHA HA HA - I love it. What a great guy - it takes balls to do that man! Good for you.
Let's all sing now
by KouroshS on Thu Jun 11, 2009 11:04 AM PDTI don't think that the marriot management would be that dumb to give this guy a raise right away. He has a better shot at getting a raise and even being rich by appearing on American Idol...
Speaking of which. how about starting an iranian reality show? A sort of iranian talent show.
Iranian Idol? Iranian newly weds? Dancing with the stars (iranian starts)?...
Beautiful!
by Assal_B on Thu Jun 11, 2009 10:28 AM PDTJust want to give the guy a raise....I just contacted Marriott Customer Relations through this link and forwarded them this video and asked to be informed of how this guy would be rewarded for his dedication and love for his company.

by hamsade ghadimi on Thu Jun 11, 2009 10:11 AM PDTthat was funny. i think he's due for a raise if he promises not to sing on the job again.
