Some of the domestic policies are not right and a president alone does not have the power to change them peacefully, unless he is favorable by most parties. He is not the perfect candidate for presidency, but I would rather him standing for Iran's rights than one who rubes the country and betrays Iran.

Some people on this site defend Iran's rights and they are being labeled as IRI supporters and some people claim to be smart, but they can not distinguish the difference.

Ahmadinejad may be wrong in some cases, but he is right about Israel becoming a cancer. And yes, Iran should help freedom fighters such as Hezbollah and Hamas to defend themselves otherwise this cancer will extend itself in the region and the world and it will suffocate the world, as is doing in Gaza. Just look how he tries to blame Iran's economic woes on the recent global financial crisis, whereas just a few months ago he expressed his pleasure in that regard! A true leader does not behave in such an irresponsible manner. He has signed off the majority of public companies (through no-bid stock sales) to Pasdars, ex-pasdars and their families as “privatization.” He rambles about poor people and talks of populist ideals, while letting these pasdars ruin the economy and waste the hard-earned currency on luxury foreign car imports (by the pasdars’ leasing companies) and consumer goods, while ordinary people can’t even make ends meet. The world would be a better place with intellectual midgets like Ahmadinejad and GWB down the dust-bin of history!

A good man

Anthony Parsons, the British ambassador in Iran during the last years of Shah's rule, made a very intersting remark about the Shah. He said that the Shah was always very distanced and cold towrds the Iranians who came to kiss his hand. Contrast that with Ahmadinnejad who is very down-to-earth. When he says that he is dejected that the youth can not find affordable housing he means it, and he says he is trying to solve the problem. This is the man that the gangster rulers in the West have been trying to demonize and by extension the whole of Iranian culture and people. A good man.

His End is near

Let ahmadinejad think he has won the conflict about Iranian Atom program. Let him and the mullahs dream on. One day soon he will wake up with head ache caused by Israelis bombs. That was the best senario, He may even get no chance to wake up and burn in a huge flame. Bibi has not forgotten him!

Well, I amnot going to undermine what you said, clearly you have more experience and know more about him than I do, and take your word for it.

But I wasn`t the one who said Iranians have LESS problems than others. And the reason I have a problem with him and his religious believes and anybody else that does the same in such positions, is that everytime they are cornered in the world of logic suddenly they change REALM of reality to the REALM if holiness and it is obvious they do this to avert reality.

A president that is so religious would have less to nothing sympathy for those Baha`is that are jailed or get abused on a daily bases. I want to remind you a RESPONSIBLE president is the president for all of the citizens not just afew that do read NAMAZ everyday and even those must show loyalty in public as a condition to be called citizens.
