تاریخچه چلوكباب
مورخین و جهانگردان اروپایی كه در دوران صفویه از ایران دیدن كرده اند درباره چلوها، پلوها، ترشی ها و مرباها كه در ایران طبخ می گردیده است مطالب بسیار زیادی نوشته اند ولی هرگز راجع به چلوكباب حرفی به میان نیامده است. به احتمال زیاد بر اساس مطالبی كه توسط میرزا محمدرضا معتمدالكتاب نویسنده كتاب تاریخ قاجاربیان شده است. به دستور شخصی ناصرالدین شاه كه اصلیتی قفقازی داشته است و بر اساس نوع كبابی كه در آن منطقه طبخ می شده، كه توسط آشپزان ناصرالدین شاه بعد از مدتی تغییر شكل داده شده و به صورت امروزی در آمده است.
بر اساس داستانی كه توسط دوستعلی خان معیرالممالك از نوادگان ناصرالدین شاه نقل شده است، حكایت از آن دارد كه ناصرالرین شاه ۸۷ همسر داشته است كه ۴ نفر از آنها رسمی بوده اند و بقیه صیغه. هنگامیكه یك روز جمعه شاه قصد زیارت از حضرت عبدالعظیم در شهرری داشته است، پیشخدمت های او مجبور بودند روز پنجشنبه به آن منطقه بروند و در حدود۱۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۰۰ كباب را بر اساس دستور شاه برای خود او و ۱۰۰۰ همراه و خدمه و همسرانش آماده كنند و كبابها نیز همیشه همراه با سبزی خوردن و پیاز سرو می شده است.

The girl's name is "Sahel". She is not a chef. actually she does not know how the food is made.

In the beginning she explains about Nowrooz on March 21st, but she calls it Islamic new year!!! and she explains that the year is 1431!!! (she talks about Lunar calendar that has nothing to do with Nowrooz)

Then she introduces the 7 sin and at the end explains about Chelo-kabab. but she says we eat this for new year!!
The Japanese audience like the kabab but don't like the "mast o esfenaj". I think it may not even be mast o esfenaj because the guy says it tastes like tooth paste and asks whether there is mint in it....
