Pekan
by A.H. Danesh (not verified) on Wed Mar 18, 2009 07:16 PM PDT... Pekan... in my latest information from the car industry in iran is that Iran Nacional (Iran-khodro) is planning to put in production a hybrid car with the size of toyota corrola strong and fuel efficient with the name of "Kaman." It is a car industry symbolic gesture to tell the Iranian that the era of "bega baga" is over and the time of "salam salam mokhlesam chakeram fadat sham saab-ekhteeyareen fefarma befarma na nemeesheh to nameerizzzzzzzzzz" has begun. the price of car is reasonable and the number of installment to pay off the car will be die by the customers alone (khahesh meekonam).
Cheers...

Islam
by zz (not verified) on Wed Mar 18, 2009 05:35 PM PDTFrom the moment Islam came to Iran, It brought nothing but death to Iran. The sad part is only may be one percent of Persians have read the Quran and understood it. Since they don't understand Arabic, they don't know what the hell they are reading.
Quran is a dumb savage book. It is about killing , rape, "cursed Jews"(according to Quran), slave females(please read the soureh about women...it is disgusting), and a couple of second-grade fairy tails(which were copied from the Bible and the Torah).
I remember as a kid I used to read the small Farsi print. It made no sense... It was just Persian words hacked together. It made no sense at least in Persian.
With the Pahlavi kings we almost got away from the savage culture of Islam, but the curse came back again to hunt us.....
"Mo-bar-ra"
by Hassan Danesh, Ph.d (not verified) on Wed Mar 18, 2009 05:29 PM PDTBy definition the persian king has immunity from reponsibility "Az mas-oo-leeyat Mobarra Bodan." That is all he has to do is to share his sublime vision with people in charge so they in return decide to put that vision into action and into practice at their own discretion and pace with the attached reponsibility...
Now the question is why the kings in iran despite the responsibility item as the king privilege particularly in pahlavi era were so much subject to criticism and then the eventual and subsequent "Deportation" to foreign country...

Without a doubt Reza Shah Palvai was blessed with a set of good genuine teeth-- from the clip I could see in his rare smile a nice set of upper jaw teeth in an excellent order at the age of sixty something...
NO wonder he was obsessed with Order and more Order (Nazm) which eventually costed him his popularity by the massess (gamaas Gammas)...

Reality
by irooniir (not verified) on Wed Mar 18, 2009 06:41 AM PDTIt was a good while it lasted, but it didn't. Now lets get back to reality. Enough of living in the past. Regurgitating the days gone by. We need to be concious of what's happening now. As we say ourselves "ina bara fati tonboon nemisheh". That Iran no longer exists.

Old footage
by Ali P. on Tue Mar 17, 2009 03:18 PM PDTI didn't even know they existed.
Most of it I could recognize as to what they were; some I couldn't follow and some kind of text or narration would have been helpful.
Nevertheless, great footage. Thanks.
