شتر

Please Not Again ...
by MiNeum71 on Wed Mar 18, 2009 03:12 AM PDTI love and hate the Iranian New Wave: I love them because of the pure, poetic and beautiful language and the painterly images, and hate them because of the realistic story lines, which take me to the places I don´t want to be.
Dayere Mina, Khane-ye Doust Kodjast?, Badkonak-e Sefid, Ta´m-e Gilas, Bacheha-ye Aseman, Dayere, Zamani Bara-ye Masti-ye Asb-ha, Tala-ye Sorkh, ... annoying and causing too much sorrow and pain.
The Iranian neorealist genre
by ramintork on Wed Mar 18, 2009 03:13 AM PDTThe trailer looks fantastic. The visual poetry is astounding and I haven't even seen it yet!
The neorealist style of the Iranian Cinema is so suitable for the age we live in!
This is the stream of Allegorical hot Art blood pumping through our cultural veins.
I would love to see it.
The best..
by irannostalgia.com on Wed Mar 18, 2009 02:17 AM PDTMajid is my favorite iranian director. "Rang-e Khoda" made a big impression on me. I prefer Majidi, his movies are more natural and fluid. I don't like Kiarostami and other directors that try to give lectures thru annoying artificial characters like small children and grand dad's.
Some of Majidi's material is difficult to watch, like Baran, but still good.
