This is funny

by Abarmard on

Funny sense of humor.

Izzy, I am beginning to think that the one who is not being taken seriously is the best option. He is a clergy so it's hard for the people to accept him. I am beginning to think that Mousavi is not too different than Ahmadinejad, although much milder and without a baggage. Karoubi on the other hand speaks with guts against the dictatorial bodies within (refer to his recent argument with Keyhan editor). I like him but have no hope that he makes it even close.

Hussein Mousavi is very educated

by Izzy (not verified) on

Greetings,

I live in Los Angeles and did listen to his Tehran University speech. He is more educated than AHMADINEJAD but MOHSEN REZAEE is stopping Hardliner president and might give a green signal to Mousavi. We have to hold on to our stomachs. Mousavi is better to vote.

I was impressed with the intelligent responses, from ordinary people, to the question of candidacy for president.

these interviews remind of

by azadi55 (not verified) on

these interviews remind of the American Idol try outs, there is a mix bag of everything in there.

Who does Khamenie think he is fooling with his speech? people can submit their name for candidency (probably those forms land in garbage cans anyway) but the guardian council decides who is eligible to run, and guardian council makes that decision with Khamenie's stamp of approval.

What a wonderful segment on

What a wonderful segment on Iranian state TV to show that the upcoming elections are completely open and fair...

was this produced by the Iranian FOX news channel?  :-)
