by HollyUSA on Tue Oct 13, 2009 11:58 PM PDTYou read wrong. I wasn't insulting you and I really meant the compliment. I just happen to be familiar with the ethical guidelines of the profession (show or no show, they hold) and I was pointing that out. Plus I guess I'm not a big fan of LA style Iranian TV.
Sorry. No offense was meant to your person.

by MinaNil on Tue Oct 13, 2009 11:39 PM PDT1. I really don't appreciate your immature attack. If you have a differing opinion, so be it, but you don't need to insult me in the manner of a 12-year-old.
2. Her manner is responsive to the fact that she knows it's fake. If he was the type of man he claims to be, he wouldn't be sitting in front of the tv, asking for the advice of someone who is of the gender he so keenly despises. She's playing along. While at the same time voicing in a civil manner what the defense is against someone who actually holds those opinions.
3. Of course she gets personal. It's a talk show about PHSYCOLOGY. As for sarcasm, I didn't see it. If you're talking about the statement about the police being stronger than him, that's not sarcastic. That's sardonic. Which may be unprofessional, but not enough to condemn her manner.
4. And of course she's trying to get views. It's a tv show. You'd do the same if you income depended on it.
4. Thanks for the imagination compliment! I mean, being an idealist sure beats being a cynic.

by HollyUSA on Mon Oct 12, 2009 01:36 PM PDTLOL your imagination is beyond words. Do you or have you considered writing children's fairytales? Seriously I'm not kidding, your 'bright and possitive' outlook would be perfect for it.
As for reality, I disagree. I think her manner and responses are higly unprofessional for someone who claims to be a licensed therapist. Her remarks are far too personal and sarcastic and that is definitely not within the ethical guidelines. But then again, one has to remember, this is a TV show following the winning guidelines of the 'reality TV' trash that get the highest viewer ratings. Such is life in the 21st century I guess.
she knows it....
by MinaNil on Sun Oct 11, 2009 10:40 PM PDTbut she's playing along. she doesn't want to risk it being real, and at the same time, this serves as a good lesson and argument. she's not stupid. i like this guy for acting this way. he's enduring such public hatred to mock real men like this, giving an opportunity for women to say something and have it heard in the public. yes she's getting views. but for a PURPOSE. i like that.
she's genius, she really is. i can't believe she came up with such answers so quickly. im really proud of her as a persian woman.

by yolanda on Sat Oct 10, 2009 09:42 PM PDTThis video reminds me of 2 country songs, both are domestic violence-related and both songs are controversial and beautiful, 1st one is "Goodbye Earl" by Dixie Chicks:
//www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRdrBCamno0
2nd one is "Indepedence Day" by Martina McBride:

If girls (women) have education, job skills, and college degree(s), they don't have to put up with the domestic abuses, they can become financially independent and they can have control over their destiny!
good luck!
The Perser
by Gordzad on Sat Oct 10, 2009 12:25 PM PDTHe is rather famous. He's even been mentioned in this "Persian Troy" clipp on Youtube. Otherwise, I think Azita did rather good. I would have lost it, asking this joker to go ... himself.
Hmmm
by HollyUSA on Fri Oct 09, 2009 08:31 PM PDTSounds like the same guy...R's seem to be a challenge for him both on the YouTube video and here. But the call here does seem like a hoax I agree. Regardless, this Azita chick isn't so professional whether she knows it is a hoax or not.
I guess this is the guy!
by ardeshir keivan on Fri Oct 09, 2009 07:45 PM PDTCheck out this link. I guess the guy is the same person who is talking to Dr. Sayan. The guy in the link lives in Germany as well. He has put a lot of crap in youtube. A total nut case!

hoax
by bahar on Fri Oct 09, 2009 02:49 PM PDTthis is a joke ,very funny one .................
Hoax
by Proud_To_Be_Anonymous on Fri Oct 09, 2009 01:36 PM PDTObvioudly the call is a hoax. Either Azita knows it and by playing along is trying to get more viewers (among ignorant people) or she doesn't know it in which case she is a complete idiot for a therapist.
this guy is sick bastard...
by puss on Fri Oct 09, 2009 11:15 AM PDTanother example of how we respect our women!
