I think this music was used on an animated series and that's where this post's title comes from. Maybe Mehrdadm doesn't know about the origins of the music or the artist, therefore there is no respect for the piece of music and none for composer Kayvan Saket, one of the best Tar players of Iran.
Saket has done extensive work on using the Tar in western music performances. His "East Meets West" album has a collection of work he has done on pieces by Vivaldi, Mozart, Brahms, and others.
This is a very old performance and one where Saket showed a lot of whimsy and humor on stage. On YouTube there are other pieces to this concert, too.
