Students clash with security forces

Tear gas was used to disperse Azad University students; at least one arrested

بامدادخبر: نيروهای بسيج با پرتاب گاز اشک آور به صحن دانشکده‌ی فنی دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکز، به مقابله با تجمع مسالمت‌آميز بيش از دوهزار نفر از دانشجويان اين دانشگاه پرداخته‌اند. به گزارش بامدادخبر، درحالی که از ظهر امروز بيش از دوهزار نفر از دانشجويان واحد تهران مرکز دانشگاه آزاد، همچون هفته‌های گذشته، در اعتراض به دولت کودتا و نيز برخوردهای صورت گرفته‌ی اخير با فعالان دانشجويی اين دانشگاه و ساير دانشگاههای کشور، دست به تجمع اعتراضی زده‌اند، حدود صدنفر از نيروهای مجهز بسيجی که از صبح امروز به وسيله دو دستگاه اتوبوس به اين دانشگاه آورده شده بودند، با پرتاب گاز اشک‌آور و حمله به دانشجويان، اين تجمع مسالمت‌آميز را به درگيری کشاندند.

and I say to myself how stupid we, including me, are sitting outside of Iran fighting each other over who's an IRI supporter, who's a "zionist", etc...

This is courage.  This is going out and fighting for your country, not our lazy, ineffective butts sitting outside in the west saying "lengesh kon".  And that means all of us.

Shaayad Keh, these students have been protesting for days -- since the new school year began -- in the open, without fear in front of basijis and other agents. THEY are the ones posting these on YouTube to show that the movement is alive and to inspire others.
