Extinct Iranian language

CAIS: One of Western Iranian languages, Parthian used to be a state language in Parthia, together with Persian and Greek. Before the Parthian Empire was ruled by Arsacids dynasty, Parthian was only a tongue spoken in the small region, but later it spread to all Iran, Armenia, was used in Central Asia. It was spoken widely even in Sasanid Empire, until the 6th century AD. The language of the Sasanian Empire (AD 224-641) was Middle Persian, often called Pahlavi (a term more strictly reserved for a form of the language used in certain Zoroastrian writings). Middle Persian has a simpler grammar than Old Persian and was usually written in an ambiguous script with multivalent letters, adopted from Aramaic; it declined after the Arab conquest in the 7th century >>>

Excellent piece. The last section, reciting the Zoroasterian text in Pahlavi, uncannily sounds like Kurdish!

سَر مازيار و بانو سيمين

سيمين . چه زيبا و چه شيرين .

 

مازيار  .من تنها خری نادان ولي کنجکاوم که با عر عرم پاداوازه دژخيمان انيرانی اشکار ميکنم . سپاس هم ميهن.

 


من نه کارشناس زبانم و نه استاد زبانشناسی  بسان هم ميهن فرهيخته ام ابی ولی دريغا اين دانم که 1400 سال است که يک مشت نخبگان  چه نا خواسته و چه با نيرنگ و شيله کوشش در تيشه بر ريشه زدن اين يادگار کيان ,زبان پارسی ناب و سره نهاده و با مزدوری و پيشکاری دستوررا  بر گسترش واژگان بيگانه و کوچک شماری و خواری و گسست در پهنه زبان ميهنی گزارده و هنوز هم تخم و ترشون در ايران پدافندي نماد ايين و زبان بيگانه کنند. اين طوطيان  همه گاه, چه همينک و چه در دوران فردوسی   با دشنام,ناسزا و هياهو هر ايده نو و جستاری در راه پالايش زبان را انگ و فرنامی نژادي, کيشي و دينی زده و از نيستان چيستان ساخته تا اب از اب  تکون نخوره . ساده بگم ,چمه باور اينها و ويژگی شناسه اشان گرداگرد ,پاسداری و گسترش فرهنگ,ايين, زبان و پرستش پرچم قادسيست . و شوربختانه شماری بسياراز دوستان و هم ميهنان به سخن زيبا گويند ولی در کنش کم ميارن و ندانسته اب به اسياب دشمنان راه کيان ميريزند.
