Master Nouri also taught English in our high school

by Anahid Hojjati on

I have not had a chance to read the comments on blogs for Ostaad Nouri so I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this. Mr. Nouri was also a teacher. He taught English in our high school in late 1970s. I never had him as my teacher but I know that he was an instructor in our high school. I have been enjoying listening to his songs that people have posted past few days. Ravanash shaad bad.

Thanks for sharing this video.  It is important for our people to gather and grieve and provide a respectful resting place for Mr. Nouri.   I am a person who does not go to grave side, especially when a person has accomplished a great deal for Iranian heritage.  There is so much to be happy about rather than remain upset.

Moreover, I am a person who gives a flower to a person who is alive rather than a truck load of flowers when he or she is passed away.

Thanks GS for the post, and here is Nouri himself singing the song.

I wish they had gathered outside of his hospital room singing for him...while he was still alive.

Roohash shaad baad!
