تدابیر امنیتی درشهرهای کردستان   شنبه ۴ دی ١٣۸٩ برابر با ۲۵دسامبر ٢٠١٠www.kanoon-zendanian.org خبر اجرای اعدام دانشجوی سنندجی حبیب الله لطیفی پور، توده های مردم کرد در شهرهای کردستان را خشمگین کرده و اعتراض آنان را در پی داشته است. به گزارش منابع خبری کردستان، رژیم برای جلوگیری از هرگونه اقدام اعتراضی در شهرهای کردستان تدابیر شدید امنیتی در این منطقه برقرار کرده و نیروهای سرکوبگر خود را به حالت آماده باش در آورده است.  لازم به یادآوری است، مردم کردستان در اردیبهشت سال جاری به مدت دو روز در اعتراض به اعدام معلم انقلابی فرزاد کمانگر و هم مبارزان وی، به اعتصاب عمومی سراسری دست زدند و از رفتن به سرکار خودداری کردند.   

دستگاه قضائی رژیم به صالح نیکبخت وکیل حبیب الله لطیفی پور اطلاع داده که این جوان دانشجو را روز یکشنبه پنچم دیماه در زندان مرکزی شهر سنندج به جوخه مرگ خواهد سپرد

اطلاعیه دبیرخانه کومه له در مورد خطر اعدام قریب الوقوع حبیب الله لطیفی پور

اخبار رسیده از شهر سنندج حاکی است که زندانی سیاسی حبیب الله لطیفی پور در استانه اعدام قرار دارد. از قول وکیل مدافع وی نقل شده است که این حکم روز یکشنبه این هفته به اجرا در خواهد آمد.

حبیب‏ الله لطیفی پور روز اول آبان ماه  سال ۱۳۸۶ در شهر سنندج بازداشت شد و ماهها تحت شکنجه های وحشیانه قرار گرفت . در تاریخ ۱۰ تیرماه ۱۳۸۷ طی محاکمه ای چند دقیقه ای در دادگاه سنندج از سوی قاضی حسن بابایی به اتهام واهی اقدام علیه امنیت  کشور به اعدام محکوم گردید.

جمهوری اسلامی با تداوم اینگونه اعمال، نصیبی جز انباشته کردن خشم مردم کردستان نخواهد برد، خشمی که مردم کردستان  در 23 اردیبهشت گذشته با اعتصاب عمومی یک پارچه خود در اعتراض به اعدام 5 زندانی سیاسی، گوشه ای از آنرا نشان دادند. کومه له ضمن ابراز تنفر، از صدور چنین احکامی بر علیه مخالفان سیاسی رژیم  و فعالین مدنی ، خواهان توقف فوری جریان اجرای آن و لغو این حکم ضد انسانی است.

What we see here,is the anti Iranian,racist fascist islamist regime is planning to execute another Iranian patriot for no crime other than being a secular,kurd, and most probably not blonging to the shiite sect of islam.

I find your support for killing of Iranians very disturbing. But if you actually don't know this, please let me take the time to explain that even if your intention is to only kill "bad people" (fantasy in itself), it will not work. What you're saying is the same as war. Same as Iraq.

1. Just think about it for a second. What will happen if only certain building like "bassij targets" are targeted? Where do you think the bassij will go? How do you target them the second hour of the bombing? During the revolution, the same Pasdars and Bassijis were meeting at homes, mosques and schools. It's what's happening right now in Gaza. Who is even a bassiji? Can YOU tell? can a bomb tell?

2. This business that bombing certain targets will "aid a rebellion" is pure delusion. Tell me, who rose up against Saddam Hussain after all that Bombing? Who rose up against the IR after EIGHT YEARS of bombing, missiles and must worst sanctions? People do not rise up if their country is being attacked by foreigners. Do you not understand this simple fact?

3. Any bombing will fail miserably for the reasons I stated. The central government will necessarily be more authoritarian, and people will necessarily sit back and take it because of the emergency situation. However, just like Iraq, this bombing will be used as an excuse for an actual invasion. You say you don't want this, but you are not going to stop it, after $Billions have been spent on fruitless bombing and American politicians need to show some kind of "success" to stay in office. That's what happened in Iraq. The fact that the bombing didn't work (which 100% true in Iran) is the excuse of why invasion is necessary.

4. It's completely against any notion of democracy or nationalism for Iranians to be "forced" to change the regime. Even on the 1% chance that it might succeed after a traditional war. It's a recipe for Iraq and Afghanistan style corruption. People do not feel invested in their own affairs if some other country overthrew their government. That's the nature of things which any amature historian could tell you.

5. Iranian retaliation is the reason such surgical attacks have not happened. These retaliations will likely bring a wider war from Israel to Afghanistan, in addition to a certain civil war inside Iran. You'll get Lebanon for 50 years. This is not a bad proposition from the Neocons point of view, by the way, it neutralizes Iran as a "problem" for decades, but it will be hte absolute worst thing to happen to Iranians. Think for just a mintue.

Therefore, when you support known warmongers like Simorgh, you are making happen exactly what you claim to be against. If you are for a war/invasion/Iraq style destruction, you can come out and say so like Mahmoud Ghaffari, Simorgh and other traitos. But if you think you can start bombing and people are going to neatly give up power without further casualties you are sadly mistaken.

I support military strikes on all the revolutionary guards plus basij targets, not the army and not an invasion. Sh!t will hit the fan if an Invasion happens. Strikes and support for Iranian rebellion against this regime is the answer, not an invasion like that Iraq's or Afghanistan, that will pnly end badly.

Habibollah - More of the same

No mercy from terrorist thugs!

Another year of brutal Islamo-fascist brutality.  Another year of indifference towards human right and execution in Iran. Another year of talk and no action.

Next year will be the same: More Iranian young like Habibillah wll be tortured, hanged, killed in 'car accidents', women and men raped in prison, beaten by police in broad daylight.

Next year will be the same: Let's support 'reform', Give the 'Greens' a chance and all the while more of the Iranian young wil be taken to the gallows. 

There is only ONE solution:
