You are right, when you are in a role as the Akhoond says, it must be for real and you stick to it. So when your character is killed you should be really killed.

When a man plays as a woman he should have a sex change and stay with it.

These people's background (the Akhoond) has deprived them from any modern inventions, concepts or ideas. This guy is the kind of person who would attack actors based on their role, as if its the real life. The man simply does not understand but appears on national TV. He even gives an opinion about Hollywood actors, so funny ;-)

The other funny thing was the background music, so soft and full of feelings. It would have been more appropriate to play that in a "Tavileh" showing chahar-payan eating.
