the real implication is Khamanehee may be

A--Either Khamanehee is way too ill (or dead)

B--Or he has become  powerless

Either way, it shows a big shift in power play, particularly the way it was conducted.  That the head of IAA was installed as replacement, may also be an attempt to signal "we are in control of the situation".   Which makes me think A is the more likely scenario.   We will see when/if the name of King Mojtaba will come to the press in the coming days, OR Rafsanjani's preemptive move to expose Mojtaba has already froze this plan in its place.
