Iranian student protestors are sent to new universities
by Hoshang Targol on Sat Dec 25, 2010 07:21 PM PSTcalled Evin, Kah'rizak,... or at least that's what the "authorities" used to call the prisons, which brings to mind a joke:
A guy returns to Iran and takes a taxi to city from Mhrabad. On the way he asks the driver to stop in front of a store for some ciggaret, the driver says for ciggarets he should go to the Mosque, so the passenger asks: well if they sell ciggaerts in mosques, where did the molas went to? driver says: to universities; passenger asks if the molas went to universities where did the students and teachers go to? drivers says: prisons: passenger asks, and with students in universities where did the criminals go to? driver says: the government.
And there you have the basic ontology of Islamic Republic of Hell. Perhaps not the funniest joke, perchance a darn close anatomy of IR! so there, cheers

UK should allow one more day of programming to Press TV with one condition of course and that is so they report/broadcast of Iranian student protest and subsequent treatment they receive in Iran.
Lets see the result of this Islamic regime and how they deal with their youn sociaty.

They are right about the mice
by divaneh on Sat Dec 25, 2010 09:21 AM PSTTypical BS from Press TV the anchor of freedom financed by a freedom loving regime.
They are however right about the increase in the mice population in London, and they look so weird. Here is one of them.

Let's assume everything here is true
by Abarmard on Fri Dec 24, 2010 06:52 PM PSTThe difference will show itself in many different ways:
1- Those in the riots will not be targeted in the future and jailed
2- Whatever the reason for this demonstration, the government will become more responsive in the future to try to limit these issues/satisfy the parties involved
3-No one will be tortured or fake confession on TV
4-If any arrested, will have the rights to a lawyer who won't be jailed for defending his clients
5-Very possible for someone within the government or system to be punished if found guilty by independent court.
6- Constitution and laws will be followed and there would be no fake Revolutionary courts or Clergy courts that are not legal or mentioned in the constitution of the land.
Although Iran can show these as a norm or similarity with Iranian rioters and police actions, the above points is the differential strength of UK that separates the two systems.
Prime example of shamless Islamic Rapist Cultists
by mahmoudg on Fri Dec 24, 2010 01:39 PM PSTin action. What the hell is that Iranian guy talking about anyways. Why would you want your child to be buried at "The purgatory of Zahra", i much rather my kin be buried on the shoulder of a freeway in Los angeles, than be taken to that burial ground which sits next to the lavatory we call khomeini.
a prime example of "crying wolf"
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Fri Dec 24, 2010 10:38 AM PSTHere we have an utterly discredited "news organ" putting their own spin on events in UK, and as can be seen are totaly ridiculed and dismissed.
The fact remains though that the nice, smiling british bobby can be as bad ass it can get when and if British ruling stablishment and their wealth is seriously thretened as in miners strike of 1980's

As an Iranian who lives in
by alaaf on Fri Dec 24, 2010 09:50 AM PSTAs an Iranian who lives in Britain, I find this "news report" very amusing. Someone needs to teach the IRI how to do subtle propaganda. This piece of garbage was so ludicrous and over the top that I don't think the average Iranian watching it in Iran will fall for it.
Islamists truly have no fvcking shame

Now Question From IRI ' TV
by statira on Fri Dec 24, 2010 09:02 AM PSTDid the UK police also jail thousands of those students and kill hunderds of them the way Islamic Republic does? No
