Assassination: Inside job?

Who killed the nuclear scientist Masoud Ali Mohammadi?

AlJazeera: Iran faces more politcal intrigue after Massoud Ali Mohammadi, a prominent nuclear scientest, was killed by a bomb blast on Tuesday, 13 Jan 2010. Who was the assassinated professor? Was he a "staunch supporter" of the regime as Iran's media claims, or a subversive as Iranian reformists allege?

How does a mind of an extremist work?

by Benyamin on

Is it possible that since he was once an active member of the Baseej and later on Revolutionary gaurd(RGC) and believed in their motto of dying for his country made him an acceplable target to sacrifice him for the IRI`s existance by his own friends to save the IRI?

Is it possible the ones that carried out the opperation were  people like Marandi as he called him "his friend"? so they actually will get "savab" as it is stated in Iranian style of shiism? After all there were those same people that threw live and well students out of tall university buildings while shouting "allah o akbar" as if they were collecting "savab" each time they threw a young full of hope human out the building.

is it possible that killing a person that was once an active member of IRI`s structure to sacrifice for IRI is sanctioned by the IRI so they could govern longer and govern easier?

Who are these new Iranian extremists? what kind of families are breeding such extremism? and are they turning to become Iranian style Alqaeda? Are we going to have to start a civil war to rid Iran off such mentality?

What is next?

A very interesting video, nobody is on IRI's side (except the IRI's spokesperson), not even Al Jazeera's TV host.....it looks like the murder is an inside job! It looks like IRI is using this guy to rally and unify a divided nation.... My heart goes out to this guy's family..
