Neoprene diving suits do not breath. So any gas will have to travel to head or extremeties to exit. Tight design and pressure of diving suit will compress gooz/chos in the immediate warm release area, with no visible or detectable impact on the suit, despite a potential micro 'bump'. The only exception is the extreme volume/pressure of the released gases which can potentially fight off the pressure from the body suit and slowly travel towards said exits. Normal assumption is that it will travel up shortest distance/resistance towards head  (unless the diver is upside down), or the pressure/volume is so high that some will escape in the direction of ankle. It can also potentially get trapped in the under arm area where there is some open low pressure space even in a dive suit.

said released Chos/gooz will exit along with exhalation of breathing from release valve where we are used to seeing bubbles from nature/diving documentaries and therefore, undetectable from breathing. hence, moslems who wish to release gases while praying under water, can still do so with peace of mind. Even if, at least in theory, god will know it and will hand them their due in the judgement day. :)
