by ghalam-doon on Thu Jul 01, 2010 05:15 PM PDTI don't know how you reached the conclusion that I'm a supporter of this guy. He is a politician after all isn't he, and by definition they all have dubious agenda. I just said he has an "honest" definition of what this green movement means to its "leaders," ie. Mousavi and Karoubi. Those are the ones who should be questioned about the extent of this green movement and whether it is a big enough tent to encompass many people in diaspora who do not believe in theocracy. We cannot keep ignoring the way Mousavi and Karoubi define the movement (talking about their beloved Imam etc). If this movement is not big enough to encompass those who are against the theocracy, then we should sever our ties with the movement or force upon its leaders to recognize our point of view. Does that make sense?
An Honest Suggestion
by Demo on Thu Jul 01, 2010 02:48 PM PDTLet this populary known "Lizard" character with such a vast knowledge about paints ("Paint Doon") open up a paint shop to colorize all the moves people make & hire his supporting commentator "Ghalam-Doon: to iterpret such movements.Good luck to both.
PS: As say that in Sugarish Farsi: GO & PUT THIS TRAP ON ANOTHER CHICKEN!!!!
An Honest Interpretation
by ghalam-doon on Thu Jul 01, 2010 09:10 AM PDTA lot of people have problems with the 2nd part of his speech. But in fact he describes the movement the way Mousavi and Karoubi see it. That's exactly how the "leaders" of the movement have defined the movement. So opponents of the regime who see the movement as the means to put an end to theocracy, as far as Mousavi or Karoubi are concenred, do not belong to this movement, even though they have not been as honest as this guy.
While you are still talking

Just add a "Y" to his name and invert the "T" and "A"
