Yes, it doesn't say 14 years old, but probably she is not more than 16. In the old times, it was common to get married young (as soon as they start puberty). Here, in the west, many get pregnant at the age of 13-14 without being married. Which one do you prefer? I am against both! Too young! They are kids.  

I encoutered a similar situation with a smart, blonde, blue eye, gorgeous 14 year old relative, on one of my trips home. With the help of my family I was able to get her divorce before the wedding. Getting divorce was extremely difficult, but we told the judge that the husband uses drug and she is still a virgin. I promised her parents to support her and her education as long as she goes to school. She is currently attending AZAD university studying physics, and she is an outstanding student. 

If any of you are outraged, then get involved, help them. A lot of times, the financial situation is not good, so the father wants the girsl get married soon. At the same time, as soon as the girls start noticing boys - they want them get married.

However, the times have changed. Now adays this is rare since most people get married in their 20s. Besides, they cannot afford it $$$$$!

She is not sold for 14 coins, if divorce happens, groom is obligated to pay her 14 gold coins and in this video it is not clear what her age is but you can tell she is very young. She is very young and innocent, and very emotional because in her mind she thinks her marriage is super duper blessed.

Misleading Title ... It's 14 Sekeh ( dowry) Not 14 Years of Age

Apparently Khamenei speaks about "14 sekeh" aka Coins ( I supposed it's the dowry) But it is suggested in the title of the video that he says the girl is 14.
