Wonder If I could built an Iranian sort of Tourist attraction in Ali Abad,MD?

Something like PERSIAN TEA HOUSE (ghahve khooneh) with chai, ghelyoon and loobia,jigar....&(BYOB)!!

Absolutely loved it.  How refreshing to watch Mr. Mohajer roam around his creation. He seemed proud of the result of his work yet quite down to earth.
