Dorood Bar Khanoomhaye Aziz-e Irani.

This is exactly how to deal with this Anti-Women, Anti-Iranian and Anti-Humane Regime.

Mullahs Murderous Regime has really taken joy out of our lives for the past 31 years, and while walking in Streets of Tehran I could not believe how sad were the faces of our wonderful Men and Women. Khomeini himself had said that there is no Joy in Islam, and this Regime has used his words and taken it to tragically low levels.

However, these wonderful Iranian ladies showed these leeches that Iranian people will not bow down to them.

Salutations to All the TRUE Sons and Daughters of Iran.

What a wonderful idea

by David ET on

I also think, Iranian dance and music especially in the case of IR is a great act of civil disobedience against the core of the current regime... which if expanded will offer good results in Iran and intrernationally

Turn this into a major annual event

by reader1 on

Whoever came up with this imaginative way of protesting must be saluted. This potentially could be made into a major annual event for all iranians to come together in front of iranian embasssies all over the world to celebrate the spirit of iran and show those soulless people inside that the iranian spirit will live on.

Can't go wrong, with music, dance, and Khayyam!

i think since jj chose to honor women's day by putting iranian model (not) maryam roshani's "photo essay" (sans essay), his site has gotten some kind of herpes.  today, every time i open a page on i.com, i get  a trojan virus alert. i think if we learn to think with our heads and not 'pain taneh', we can avoid such problems.

You are either sick or crazy and you need to be evaluated psychologically. There is no where in Islam that supports or says anything about what Islamic Regime is doing to the Iranian citizens. So, you need to go and get well first and then become educated before extending comments like the one you just did!

Dear Raoul1955

by farshadjon on

It is really funny that you refer to IRI as Islamic Regime. To the best of my knowledge, the term regime is usually used for totalitarian and dictatorship states!

So obvious that you are a supporter of this blood thirsty regime!!

by Raoul1955 on

When adults engage in an act, either it is a seriously planned and executed act intended to produce a tangible result, or it is intended as an entertainment. Obviously these folks are entertaining the public since they are carrying out their dancing in public. However, what exactly is their objective by doing that in front of an embassy?

It is hard to see the maturity in their logic, however, their action reminds me of immature adults who make faces at others or behave childishly. Tens of millions of Iranians are muslim and DO support the islamic regime.

Fight them with what they hate most: people enjoying life. Well done! Once again, Iranian women at the forefront, very well done!

Fight them with joy!

Best, most beautiful act of "civil disobedience" I can imagine to piss off such a grim and humor-less Islamic Republic. Fight them with joy!
