by Souri on Sat Nov 27, 2010 08:16 AM PSTI'm thinking of all this! How does it happen?
One of my best friend/cousin who is my age, just came back from Hajj.
No, she is not a religious one. She is a very mundane and BCBG girl, living in US since 25 years ago. She got an impulse to accompany her friend and the mother to Hajj.
Now she is back to US. She seems so much excited about the trip and all those religious stuff. She says I feel like I'm born anew!
She says she turned around the Ka'beh, 7 times for the hajj of tamato (?) and another 7 times for the Hajj of Vaajeb.
The funniest thing is that she also did another 7 times, for her husband become hallal to her!!! Apparently the mulla who was supervising the group said they have to do it!! It is called Hajj Nessaa ! LOOOOOL
And also my friend did another 7 times for the mother of her friend's Hajj Nessaa. The lady was too old and couldn't do it for herself. but what is surprising is that the lady's husband passed away some 20 years ago!!!!!!!!!
But the Mulla said it is better (Mobah) that the old woman does it too, because when she gets to the Paradise(Behesht) then her own husband will be Hallal to her!!!!!!!!!
I joked to my cousin when I heard that. I said: you should tell the Mulla, baba digeh to behesht ki be kieh ? How could she find her own husband "to oun shlough ploughi".........
All I said here, is the absolute truth which I heard from my cousin! And she seemed so much convinced of all this, that honestly it scared me. I am completely confused about what is happening in the world? On what side of this world I'm standing now?
As Golsorkhi said: Seghle zamin kojaast? man dar kojaaye jahaan istadeh am?

Taking a shower in a registered manner is not that unusual. While Religion is a uniformed set of practice, we pick up certain order of actions in our daily tasks, on a personal level too.
My first question is this: How come expelling intestinal gas through the anus, voids the Islamic ablution(vozoo), but does not void Ghosl?
My second question: Is it true that Crusaders were stunned to see the Muslim land plague-free? If yes, what was the contributing factor?
Never increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything.
I love religion
by Jahanshah Javid on Sat Nov 27, 2010 06:44 AM PSTSo GODdamn dumb... hilarious...
how could people fall for this... how did I?! :)))
i guess some need instructions for everything. makes life a lot easier. takes away personal responsibility. you don't need to think any more. it's all decided for you. just follow the leader... bliss!
